Conditions:
- For economy cabin, discounts apply to service bundles flex and classic and flex fares without excluding any fare class.
- A minimum of 50 passengers traveling round trip to the same destination within five (5) days before and five (5) days after the event.
- For business class, discounts apply to the business fare without excluding any fare class, on routes where business class is available.
- Discounts apply to routes operated by avianca and its subsidiaries.
- Not applicable to routes with interline or codeshare flights.
- The discount is applicable to the base fare only and not to taxes, airport fees, administrative fee, fuel surcharge and/or any other applicable charges.
- o Requests for conference discounts must be made at least two months before the date of the event.
Steps to request conference discounts:
Legal Entity
- Go to empresas.avianca.com/conferences and select the "Legal Entity" option.
- Complete de form.
- Your request will be evaluated, and we will respond within the next 5 business days.
Individual
- Download the “MICE Proposal Request Form” by clicking here and fill in the requested information.
- Click on the following link, which directs you to the "Conferences - Individual" form and attach the "Event Proposal Request Form".
- Your request will be evaluated, and we will respond within the next 5 business days.
