If something comes up or you can’t fly, request the return of the leg not flown, according to the conditions of your rate.

NB: Remember that requests for refunds can only be made before the date of the flight.

Make your request via the refunds form at avianca.com If you bought your ticket at a travel agency, you must request it directly from them. 

NB: Requests for refunds must be made via the original purchase channel.
