In order to use this tool, the travel agency must include an SSR CLID in the booking.
SSR is an acronym for Special Service Request and CLID stands for Corporate Locator Identifier. The SSR CLID allows avianca to identify its corporate customers and provide certain special services.
Step 1: Create a PNR (Passenger Name Record)
Step 2: Ensure that the booking has the avianca Customer Code (CC) included
Step 3: Add the SSR CLID (Special Service Request) - CLID (Customer Code)
