Our Help Center is designed to provide support, answer your questions, and provide you with information about avianca empresas. Avianca empresas enrollment support and credential recovery
        • Retrieve CC agreement code and/or email of the program administrator: To access all the benefits available on our website, your company needs to request credentials. You can easily do this through our website at empresas.avianca.com by selecting the "Request Credentials" button. During the request process, you will need to enter the following information: Customer code, program super administrator e-mail address, and preferred language. If you do not have access to any of this data, you can use this form to request it.
        • Registration support: To become a part of the avianca empresas program, new companies must fill in a pre-registration form found on our website, which can be accessed through the following link: https://empresas.avianca.com/pre-registration
          If you have any concerns or want to report any issues, you can do so through the Link Support form.

        • Program manager change: The Super Administrator is the person designated by the company who has full powers to manage and make decisions about the use of the avianca empresas program. Please note that the Super Administrator’s e-mail address must be unique per company
          Use this form to update the Super Administrator’s e-mail address.
        • Access membership: This membership offers exclusive benefits for your business without meeting minimum annual consumption. Membership changes, such as increasing or decreasing the number of registered travelers or unsubscribing, must be made through this specific form.
        • Updates and fixes: Use this form to correct one of your employees’ names, company name, and tax identification number. 
Name change and correction

This form is available to request voluntary changes prior to your flight’s departure. Please note that for this channel, our hours of operation are from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
